- 31-years as a trial lawyer with hundreds of trials, including civil and criminal cases.
- Adjunct Professor of Law, Legal Writing, Ohio State University Mortiz College of Law (1987 – 1994.)
- Adjunct Professor of Law, Legal Writing, Capital University College of Law (1994 – 1997).
- Briefed and argued three cases before the Ohio Supreme Court.
- Briefed and argued 60 appeals with 18 of the cases being selected as noteworthy enough for publication in Ohio’s Official Reports.
- Litigated the groundbreaking decision of Mers v. Dispatch Printing Co., (1985), 19 Ohio St.3d 100, which expanded the job security rights of Ohio employees.
- Requested to speak at numerous seminars educating other lawyers on both criminal and civil law topics.
- Volunteer coach of Ohio State University trial lawyer team which won its region and finished in the top 16 teams in the United States.
- Selected for inclusion in Who’s Who of American Professionals 1995.
- Appointed and served as Court Arbitrator in numerous cases.
- Graduate of Ohio State University undergraduate and law school.
- Worked full-time as Franklin County Municipal Deputy Clerk of Courts for 6 years while attending college.
- Lifelong Franklin County resident and graduated from Columbus Public Schools.
- Rated AV Pre-eminent the highest possible peer review rating.
- Selected Top Lawyer April, 2010 by CEO Magazine.
