MISSION STATEMENT
- To uphold and defend the Constitutions of the United States and Ohio.

- To educate the public with regard to the judicial system.
- To treat all litigants with dignity and respect.
- To equally protect the rights of victims of crime and persons accused of crimes.
- To fairly mediate and settle cases whenever possible.
- To protect the constitutional rights of every person involved in the judicial system.
- To promote the disclosure of all evidence necessary for a fair trial.
- To improve the efficiency of the system by quickly resolving motions and other procedural matters.
- To ensure judicial decisions are made by the Judge and not staff members.
- To be on time for court and to attempt to schedule hearings on a staggered basis so not everyone has to appear at 9:00 a.m. to simply wait for hours.
