MISSION STATEMENT

To uphold and defend the Constitutions of the United States and Ohio.

To educate the public with regard to the judicial system.

To equally protect the rights of victims of crime and persons accused of crimes.
To fairly mediate and settle cases whenever possible.
To protect the constitutional rights of every person involved in the judicial system.
To promote the disclosure of all evidence necessary for a fair trial.
To improve the efficiency of the system by quickly resolving motions and other procedural matters.
To ensure judicial decisions are made by the Judge and not staff members.
To be on time for court and to attempt to schedule hearings on a staggered basis so not everyone has to appear at 9:00 a.m. to simply wait for hours.
